Summary The Personal Stylist Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. This on-site role also supports online selling and helps create memorable customer experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service. Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes. Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients. Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media activity. Return unsold merchandise to stock and keep fitting rooms clean.
