Corporate Pilots Hawker 900XP

Captain and First Officer | TIDE LLC| Clearwater, Florida

TIDE LLC is hiring a Captain and a First Officer for privately owned Hawker 900XP operations. Both positions are based in the Clearwater, FL area and support domestic and international travel. We seek pilots with sound judgment, strong crew communication and the discretion required to serve a private aircraft owner and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform flight planning, weather assessment, performance calculations, weight and balance, and aircraft inspections.
• Use aircraft checklists and effective crew resource management; perform flying and monitoring duties appropriate to the assigned crew position.
• Coordinate fuel, ground handling, customs and trip logistics; report discrepancies and coordinate maintenance with approved providers.
• Maintain accurate flight and training records, required currency and aircraft readiness.
• The Captain serves as PIC with final authority over safe flight execution. The First Officer supports the Captain and performs assigned SIC duties.

Qualifications for both positions

• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate; sound judgment, discretion and a documented record of safe flight operations.
• Valid passport, ability to travel internationally, and Tampa Bay residence or willingness to relocate.
• Availability for changing schedules, nights, weekends and overnight travel. Required aircraft training and crew qualifications must be current before flight assignment.

Captain qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate with airplane multi-engine land privileges; HS-125 type rating with appropriate PIC privileges and any PIC limitations satisfied.
• Current or recent 800XP, 850XP or 900XP experience; applicable 900XP differences training or familiarization and required proficiency checks completed before assignment.
• Preferred: 4,000 total hours, strong multi-engine turbine and PIC experience, recent Hawker PIC flying, and recurrent training within 12 months.
• International and corporate aviation experience preferred; additional business-jet ratings or Cirrus experience are a plus.

First Officer qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with airplane multi-engine land and instrument ratings; ATP preferred.
• HS-125 rating with privileges appropriate to SIC duties and intended operations; current or recent Hawker experience and applicable 900XP training or familiarization before assignment.
• Preferred: 1,500 total hours, 500 multi-engine hours, 250 turbine hours and 100 Hawker hours.
• Recent corporate or Part 91/135 crew experience and approved Hawker training within 12 months preferred.
