Tell your neighbors about a better way to buy groceries. $20 an hour plus bonuses, paid every week, starting Thursday, October 1.
Groupr delivers groceries across the Bronx at the same prices as the store, with free delivery. Customers can pay with SNAP/EBT, and they can reserve an order now and pay when their benefits land. Most people have never heard of us. Your job is to change that.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll talk with people at their doors, in lobbies and at our tables in Bronx neighborhoods. You'll tell them about Groupr, answer their questions, and help anyone who's interested get signed up and reserve their first order. This isn't a hard sell. You're sharing something really good. We set clear daily goals, tell you exactly what they are, and pay bonuses when your neighbors order.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
- $20.00 per hour, plus bonuses. You're paid every Friday for the week before. Your hourly pay is guaranteed and never depends on hitting a goal.
- Paid training on Wednesday, September 30 at 10am, on a live video call (your phone works).
- Field days start Thursday, October 1 and run through the first three weeks of October. Short, focused shifts.
- For your first two shifts you work alongside one of our experienced leads.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Comfortable starting a conversation with someone you've never met
- On time, every time
- A smartphone you keep charged and on during your shift
A plus:
- You speak Spanish
- You've done door-to-door, canvassing, promotions, retail, customer service or any job talking to people all day
- You live in or know the Bronx
